John Peacock 51b035ad62 Switch sense of adaptive logging. Immediately echo log lines <= max level ... and save log lines <= min level. IIF a message is accepted for delivery, then echo out the saved log lines (typically just FROM and TO) with the prefix for multilog filtering into independent log files.
